Training for figure and bodybuilding competitions has to be personalized. We all have different bodies with different genetic backgrounds. We come from different histories of fitness, both beginners and advanced athletes. And there’s no reason to think that you can’t overcome any of that in order to compete. Choose from one of my customized Gem Programs below to begin!!

 

NEW PROGRAM!! Gem-Fit Subscription – $50
I am offering a new program for my serious lifters. My Gem-Fit subscription will include weekly articles explaining details of what experiments go on in my fitness kitchen. My Gem-Fit subscription will focus more on the training aspect including articles about supplements, training routines broken down and full body measurements monthly!
If you are into competing or want to get to know how serious I take my lifestyle this subscription is only $50 for the year!

2 Month Subscription for Online Training and Nutrition – $175:
This program includes evaluation, set-up, and a 2 month training and nutrition program.

2 Month Subscription for Online Training and Nutrition WITH FitBook and T-Shirt

Get everything listed above, plus a Glambition FitBook to track your daily activities, meals, work-outs, measurements and track your progress! This package also includes the latest style shirt so you can represent all that is Glam!


Special- 3 Month Program- $250: Twelve weeks of training and nutrition coaching to help you achieve your physique goals for health, for the beach, or for the stage! Includes goal setting, training & cardio programs, nutrition program with adjustments as necessary, competition planning for athletes. Weekly check-ins required. Unlimited emails. Competition prep and peak week also available but not included with this program.


Special- 6 Month Program- $450: Six months of training and nutrition coaching to help you achieve your ultimate physique or competition goals! Includes goal setting, training & cardio programs, nutrition program with adjustments as necessary, competition planning for athletes. Weekly check-ins required. Unlimited emails. Competition prep and peak week also available but not included with this program.

Competition Prep & Peak Week – $50: I will guide you during your last week before you compete. I will give you instruction on weight training and cardio and a week meal plan.


 

Online Coaching for Fitness or Competition Training only:
$75 per month
For those who are comfortable doing their own diet or have their own diet coach. New training programs are given every month that includes descriptions, exercise, sets/reps/weights/intensity/rests charted for you.


 

Online Coaching for Diet only:
$75 for each meal plan set up according to your weight, measurements and body fat %
For those who are comfortable with their own training, or have a local trainer, and want ongoing nutrition coaching or contest prep. Single menu set-up based on your fitness goals and lifestyle showing full breakdown of protein, carbs, and fat. This meal plan can be used for 4 weeks or longer. Competition prep and peak week also available but not included with this program.


 

Glambition Online Training Program: $125 for 8 week registration

This is my newest program and has been very popular for clients that are familiar with training and like to train on their own. I email workouts Monday through Friday and also include you in my monthly challenges.

This program lasts for 8 weeks and is $125 per person. You do not need to be a member of the gym to take part in this program.


G-Fit Club – $100
Are you looking for a new fitness plan for 2016? Being a G-Fit Club subscriber means you get new workouts and meal plans every 8 weeks for an entire year! I also send you custom emails every Sunday which include new healthy recipes, exercise tips and fitness related articles to keep you motivated throughout the year. On top of all this, I will also meet with you twice a month to take weight and measurements so you can watch your improvement as you meet your goals!


 

Services can be paid for with credit card or checking account. Program delivery method is via email. Once programs are emailed there are no refunds. No partial refunds for monthly subscriptions. It is your responsibility to utilize these programs, give feedback on your progress to make proper adjustments to training and nutrition.
